About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive onboarding plans, timelines, and cross-functional team tasks.
- Coordinate the collection of essential setup details, from system access and banking to payroll and workflow requirements.
- Partner with internal leaders to ensure receiving teams are fully prepared and workflow expectations are crystal clear before a project wraps up.
- Continuously refine our onboarding checklists, templates, and tools while proactively keeping leadership ahead of any timeline or scope risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in project management, implementation, professional services, nonprofit operations, or accounting operations.
- Exceptional organization skills
- Clear communication
- Familiarity with AP, payroll, donation processing, or client service workflows is a huge plus.
