Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical background in engineering, architecture, DevOps, or automated testing
  • Strong influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams without direct line management
  • Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle, including branching, code reviews, release governance, and change control
  • Experience building software across different platforms and technologies
  • Experience with build automation, deployment techniques, observability, and monitoring
  • Deep technical knowledge and ability to lead meaningful conversations across engineering and architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile, cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, and Bitbucket or GitHub
  • Experience building relationships across senior stakeholders, product, and delivery teams
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability
  • Evidenced knowledge and experience of hands-on development, architecture, and automation
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory completion of credit and criminal record checks and provision of satisfactory references
