About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in researching promotional items, organizing mailings, and creating certificates.
- Assist in researching suppliers needed by the department.
- Support in organizing factory visits.
- Assist with shipping materials (constant contact with the carrier).
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and liaise with the communications agency.
- Support in creating presentations and PowerPoint materials.
- Support the communications and events area in general.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, or Marketing, with expected graduation by Dec/2029.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and/or Canva is a plus.
- Must reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos.
