About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support administrative and commercial routines within the department;
Update customer, project, contract, and opportunity information in the system;
Monitor orders, shipments, financial holds, and other commercial processes;
Assist with generating and controlling commercial credits;
Assist in preparing and updating sales reports, customer contact records, credit information, pricing, and market data;
Provide follow-up support with customers for satisfaction surveys and account data updates;
Support registrations of customers, products, SKUs, discounts, and commercial terms;
Provide support in maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and internal controls;
Contribute analyses and information to support commercial decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with expected graduation from August 2028 onward;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
Must reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos.
