About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in analyzing vulnerabilities identified by tools (e.g., Nessus);
Classify and prioritize risks in coordination with the analyst;
Assist in handling security alerts (EDR, firewalls, logs);
Support security incident response (initial investigation);
Monitor and validate vulnerability remediations with infrastructure teams;
Support awareness campaigns (phishing simulations, communications);
Assist with access and identity controls (basic IAM);
Support the updating of security metrics (dashboards, reports).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Networks, Systems, or related fields, with expected graduation date of July 2028 or later;
Basic theoretical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, ports);
Operating systems (Windows / basic Linux) and security concepts (malware, phishing, vulnerabilities);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Must reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Familiarity with Vulnerability Management (Nessus or similar)
EDR / corporate antivirus
Firewalls (Fortinet or similar)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure
Interest in Cybersecurity / Blue Team / SOC
