• Lead efforts to cultivate and engage individual donors who support our work to end gun violence in Pennsylvania
• Craft a compelling case to expand our fundraising base
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects
• Oversee our small donor program
• Create and manage a multi-pronged fundraising strategy to double our revenue over the next three years
• Enhance our major donor pipeline by recruiting, cultivating, and soliciting donors in the $1,000-$25,000 range
• Expand a small-donor program that delivers a return on investment
• Collaborate with a team of organizers and advocates to amplify the story of their work
• Design effective fundraising systems and tools to track results, evaluate strategies, and identify potential opportunities for improvement
• Assist with foundation grants, as needed
