About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data and consumer behavior; conduct research and identify needs;
Organize and promote online training programs;
Organize and promote digital events;
Analyze data, behavior, and interest groups;
Develop digital brand promotion strategies for clients within specific categories;
Create WhatsApp communities segmented by interest groups;
Develop engagement strategies for the communities;
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships for the communities by interest group;
Create product and service launch strategies with clients based on category insights;
Create communication formats and templates;
Develop physical and digital communication strategies;
Promote the development of a personal branding culture;
Create visual and written materials, photos, and videos to support community development;
Manage the activities of communication groups;
Understand and integrate the agendas of various stakeholders through the creation of communication strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
Experience in digital marketing and content creation;
Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns;
Knowledge of digital metrics and engagement strategies;
Experience managing communities or relationship programs;
Experience with educational, social, or institutional projects;
Understanding of branding and the customer journey.
