About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become the resident expert on our core tools: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate), WordPress, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, FileMaker, and Dialpad.
Identify repetitive processes and build reliable, well-documented automations that the team will actually use long-term.
Write SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and process docs.
Diagnose real problems at the root level — not just surface symptoms — and guide teammates to lasting solutions via chat, call, or screen share.
Maintain and monitor the underlying systems, networks, and environments that keep operations running reliably.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Keep systems organized before issues arise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field (4-year course), preferably IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in tech support, IT administration, or infrastructure management
Proven troubleshooting experience — hardware, software, network, or systems level
Solid Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate)
Ability to work California business hours (graveyard shift, PH time)
