Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an attorney in contract law
  • Drafting, review and negotiation of various national and international contracts
  • Experience with commercial, civil and corporate contracts
  • Structuring and review of service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, assignment and use of rights
  • Legal support for operations and multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with other areas of the firm
  • Contractual risk analysis and preparation of legal opinions
  • Coordination of signature workflows, amendments and contract management.
