Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years' experience as an attorney in contract law
- Drafting, review and negotiation of various national and international contracts
- Experience with commercial, civil and corporate contracts
- Structuring and review of service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, assignment and use of rights
- Legal support for operations and multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with other areas of the firm
- Contractual risk analysis and preparation of legal opinions
- Coordination of signature workflows, amendments and contract management.
