Work in the Contracts practice area
Draft, review and negotiate contractual instruments of medium and high complexity
Manage contractual matters autonomously
Work closely with clients and firm partners
Legal drafting with a high level of attention to detail
Actively contribute to the development of the practice area and the growth of the firm.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years' experience as an attorney in contract law
Drafting, review and negotiation of various national and international contracts
Experience with commercial, civil and corporate contracts
Structuring and review of service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, assignment and use of rights
Legal support for operations and multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with other areas of the firm
Contractual risk analysis and preparation of legal opinions
Coordination of signature workflows, amendments and contract management.
