Business Analyst, Summer Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and validate data using Power BI and Excel
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership, programs, and funders
- Support data quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy
- Map workflows and identify opportunities for automation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with program, operations, and technology teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3rd or 4th year university student (Business, Data, IT, CS, or related)
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
- Interest in data management, automation, and process improvement
- Alignment with non-profit values and community impact
