About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the International Partnerships Directorate (DPI)
Contribute to the development and implementation of the funding strategy
Manage a team responsible for developing and diversifying the organisation's funding sources
Ensure contractual compliance and accountability of projects
Lead the department's day-to-day activities and set staff objectives
Ensure the compliance of donor-submitted documents
Coordinate collaboration on cross-cutting projects
Oversee the department's budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or higher
Proven financial skills
Significant professional experience in designing and managing complex projects with institutional donors
Comfortable managing donor procedures and accountability frameworks
Strong knowledge of financial management, audits and budgetary control
Ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally
A strong commitment to international solidarity issues
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Spanish or Arabic is a plus
