About the role
- Manage inbound Medicare Advantage sales calls
- Educate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans
- Assist with enrollments and upsell ancillary products (Dental, Vision, Accident)
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
- Maintain compliance during sales activities

Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (Life License a plus)
- 2026 AHIP Certification required (or willingness to obtain 2026 FFM completion)
- Contracting ability with Humana, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Devoted
- Strong ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy
- Licensed in a minimum of 10 states
- Equipment required: PC, dual monitors, headset, and reliable high-speed internet
