About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with servicing a portfolio of funds and other structures
Liaise with fund manager clients, third parties, and other external advisors
Ensure smooth operation of the structure and that deadlines are met
Review NAVs in a timely manner and within agreed deadlines
Train and assist junior staff members
Ensure daily deadlines are met
Propose ideas to improve procedures
Liaise with investment managers, auditors & other service providers
Compilation of regulatory filings
Statutory reporting, where applicable
Assist the Team lead and Manager in other queries as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years' experience in fund administration
Strong understanding of NAV calculation processes, fund structures, and valuation principles
Proven experience in reviewing NAV packs and ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Confident in acting as a key point of contact for clients and team, with strong relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
