About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in German.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional late-night shifts.
