About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in German.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional late-night shifts.
- Net Salary: 33,000 TL
- Night & Attendance Bonus: First 2 months – fixed 5,000 TL per month
- Meal Card Allowance: 4,500 TL (Sodexo/Pluxee)
- Private Health Insurance: Provided via Mapfre for the employee; spouse/children can be added at extra cost (deducted from salary)
