Requirements
- Proficiency in German (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- Turkish Citizenship
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
