About the role
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries
- Log call details in management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements
- Maintain expert knowledge of products and applications to provide accurate guidance
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual in Hebrew
- Advanced level of English
- Exceptional customer-care skills and customer-first attitude
- Ability to qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support
- Ability to handle incoming calls and meet SLA requirements
