About the role
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual in Hebrew
- Advanced level of English
- Exceptional customer-care skills
- Ability to qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support
- Ability to handle incoming calls and log call details in management systems
- Ensure responses meet SLA requirements
- Full-time 40 hours/week permanent contract with a rotating schedule
