About the role
- Manage inbound customer inquiries from Hebrew-speaking clients
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism
- Document cases in CRM systems and follow up as needed
- Contribute to team performance by achieving KPIs
- Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- C2 and higher level in Hebrew (written and spoken)
- B2 English (written and spoken)
- Full-time availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Right to work and live in Lithuania (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
- Bonus 100 EUR/month (KPI based)
