About the role
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Help customers resolve product or service issues efficiently
- Log and follow up on technical cases in the internal system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1+)
- Good English level (B1+)
- Must reside in Greece (for contract purposes)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday
