Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day execution of multiple financial due diligence engagements
Managing engagement teams and coordinating directly with targets and clients throughout the transaction process
Apply technical and transaction knowledge and judgement across areas of financial due diligence
Manage competing priorities across engagements by exercising thoughtful prioritization
Develop and mentor engagement team members by providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of experience in related field
3 years of supervisory experience
Must have and preserve required licenses
Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
