Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with project teams and clients to support ERP implementations and enhancements
Build and maintain scripts, customizations, and integrations within ERP systems
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues and debug scripts, integrations, and workflows
Support testing efforts (unit testing, UAT, issue resolution)
Document technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to team collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of experience in related field
Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
Must be able to work in a team environment
Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques.
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business need
