About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day administration of client benefit programs with a focus on Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting, data integrity, client service, and process improvement
- Partner with clients and internal teams to collect, review, prepare, and audit data for ACA reporting solutions
- Respond to client questions and help ensure timely, accurate reporting outcomes
- Prepare, validate, and organize client-provided data for import into ACA reporting technology
- Manage multiple priorities and project deadlines, particularly during high-volume reporting periods
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry required
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
