Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the VP of Business Transformation and Assurance Leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap
Partner with Assurance to define the Assurance Transformation strategy, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives
Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize assurance processes
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Identify, evaluate, and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors
Develop and implement change management strategies
Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

College Degree or equivalent required
10 years related experience
Must have experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
Possesses subject matter expertise
Knowledge of industry regulations
Ability to manage a team of others
Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
