About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the VP of Business Transformation and Assurance Leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap
- Partner with Assurance to define the Assurance Transformation strategy, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize assurance processes
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Identify, evaluate, and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- College Degree or equivalent required
- 10 years related experience
- Must have experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
- Possesses subject matter expertise
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to manage a team of others
- Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
