Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the administration, optimization, and integration of core insurance technology platforms
Oversee system stability, performance, and advanced third-party configuration
Manage AMS internal configurations, financial and servicing workflows, and data accuracy across reporting structures
Oversee full lifecycle administration of ImageRight, including document management, workflow design, and automation
Collaborate with vendor partners on upgrades, enhancements, and performance
Execute targeted data maintenance projects and regular audits to identify data gaps and implement corrective measures
Maintain data governance standards across all systems by monitoring data structures
Support and lead Agency One administration and implementations
Lead and administer all aspects of carrier download processing
Create and Manage user profiles, permissions, and security access across all platforms
Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 technical support
Administer and customize high-level reports for regional teams and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
