About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify, target, and generate new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
- Drive high-volume prospecting activity to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Position our HR Solutions team as a trusted partner capable of displacing legacy HCA providers.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, including discovery, solution alignment, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct consultative needs analyses to understand organizational challenges related to HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to tailor solutions and deliver compelling business cases to prospects.
- Maintain deep knowledge of HCM/payroll technology, HR consulting services, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with implementation and client service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Manage all activities, opportunities, and communications through our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Participate in annual goal setting, performance planning, and continuous skill development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Some relevant industry experience
- Must obtain required licenses/credentials
- Superior command of verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
