About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for pricing-related initiatives within Revenue Operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Regional leadership, Finance, and IT to gather business requirements, align on objectives, and ensure program success.
- Drive requirements gathering sessions for new and enhanced pricing models and systems, translating business needs into actionable project plans.
- Oversee the rollout and adoption of pricing programs, including Profit Planner and new technologies, ensuring robust change management and training support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to SteerCo, Senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Monitor program performance using key metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement efforts in pricing operations.
- Champion best practices for pricing governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
- Proficient use of applicable technology
