Requirements

Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Person- and family-centered care approach
Passion and empathy in client care
Good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Value for home-care advocacy and enabling clients to remain at home
Ability to support clients in Waterloo and Southwest Ontario virtually
