About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in the conception, planning, and execution of a wide range of corporate and public-facing events
Research venues, suppliers, catering options, and other service providers
Review proposals and conduct negotiations in consultation with an experienced senior consultant
Assist with shoot and recording planning for videos, audio formats, and live streams
Ensure smooth event execution and an unforgettable experience for all attendees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or vocational training in communications or a related field
1–2 years of experience on the agency or client side with live and virtual projects
Interest in copy/concept development and/or video production is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills, team spirit, curiosity, and openness
Enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development
