About the role

  • Financial data management: organizing, analyzing, and maintaining financial data.
  • Support in preparing overviews and reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Support for management: close collaboration with the executive team on all finance-related topics, such as budget planning, liquidity management, and preparation of investor updates.
  • Finance decks for investors: creating and refining informative financial presentations for venture capital investors.
  • Careful preparation of KPIs, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Documentation: maintaining a structured filing system and documentation of all finance-related processes to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (BBA) or a comparable degree program.
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) are required; English skills are an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a high level of reliability.
  • Strong IT affinity (advanced Excel skills; basic programming skills a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Initial experience in accounting, controlling, or preparing investor presentations (e.g., finance decks) is desirable.
