About the role

  • Execute the social media calendar: post content, film around the office, engage with our community
  • Coordinate trade show logistics — collateral, giveaways, packing lists, shipping
  • Keep marketing storage organized — track demo systems and materials, reorder before things run out
  • Handle sponsorship admin — contracts, follow-ups, shipping/returns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or currently studying towards one.
  • Organized by nature. Messy shelves and chaotic folders bother you — and you fix them without being asked.
  • Can frame a decent photo or shoot a short video on your phone.
  • Proactive. You see what needs doing and you do it.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Canva/Photoshop is a plus, not a must.
