About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop programs and processes that deliver value, enable key business initiatives, and support cross-enterprise collaboration
  • Provide real-time dashboards with success metrics for tracking value, coordination, risks, and prioritization
  • Enable executive reviews with appropriate materials and documents for discussion and decision-making
  • Create frameworks and tools for enterprise programs and projects to ensure value capture and initiative delivery
  • Manage delivery of tools and resources with project and functional teams
  • Provide executive- and detail-level program/project summaries, dashboards, and heatmaps
  • Assess project and program challenges and develop hypotheses and insights
  • Develop trends and insights on initiative status, deliverables, and value-capture metrics
  • Embed change-management tools and processes within tracked programs
  • Recommend ways to accelerate change impact and deliver faster results
  • Enable and report against a broad portfolio of projects and programs
  • Support Program Managers with summary reporting, insights, and trends
  • Build and coordinate presentation materials for executive discussions, reviews, and decisions
  • Define a value-capture framework with Finance for real-time reporting
  • Provide consistent executive-level reporting and tracking
  • Coordinate with Finance to capture, validate, and audit value capture accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ experience planning, managing, and organizing resources within short- to medium-term timescales
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to identify, sequence, and resource project schedules for timely completion at an advanced level
  • Experience with Kanban boards, Sprint demonstrations, Sprint planning, and Sprint retrospectives
  • Change mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build structure and culture for a program-based team and define roles and responsibilities
  • Strong proficiency in organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and relationship building
  • Ability to act independently in complex and challenging situations
