About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with HR Leaders on Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, HR Analytics/Reports, and Associate Engagement programs
Process associate-related changes involving pay, position, and people management
Support HR Leaders with associate relations issues and investigations
Interview internal and external candidates and recommend hire selections
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend necessary actions
Prepare and facilitate performance calibration meetings, New Leader Onboarding, and Talent Reviews
Develop HR metrics such as turnover and promotions, and recommend actions based on trends
Analyze associate compensation to prepare internal and external offers
Lead departmental and cross-departmental meetings to drive process improvement
Create presentations, manage budget spreadsheets, and assist with organizational charts
Report to the Sr. HR Manager and support HR strategies for Supply Chain teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
3–5 years' experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or specialist
Strong HR acumen and communication skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter able to act independently on complex and challenging situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
