About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on people-related strategies and workforce planning
Retail HRBP experience supporting Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and Planning & Allocation functions
Proven ability to lead and develop people, including coaching HR Business Partners and fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented team environment
Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with business goals
Drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession planning for VP and below roles
Provide guidance and counsel on employee relations matters
Partner with the Total Rewards team to drive performance management cycles, merit reviews, and incentive planning
Lead HR efforts in change management initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in an HRBP and/or HR role providing strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and associates in a highly complex and dynamic business setting
Bachelor’s and/or equivalent experience
SPHR or PHR certification preferred
Strong, demonstrated proficiency with organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and building relationships
Ability to act independently on a variety of complex and challenging situations
Maintains high integrity and accountability when managing confidential HR matters
