Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop technology solutions that power our creative marketing campaigns
Act as a key technical contributor in the implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of our new Creative Marketing stack
Champion the rollout of Catalyst Brand Enterprise AI Tools
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale our Customer 360 capabilities
Drive engineering excellence by mentoring junior engineers, establishing coding standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7+ years of software engineering experience, with a dedicated focus on Marketing Technology, Ad-tech, or customer-facing digital platforms
Deep, practical experience with creative and marketing technologies
Demonstrated experience integrating and extending Campaign and Workflow tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and Studio Production Platforms
Proven experience leveraging AI capabilities embedded within creative tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
