About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate on Seasonal Planning.
  • Represent digital strategy and customer insights within the broader commercial planning process.
  • Define Seasonal Digital Strategy & Prioritization Frameworks.
  • Develop 6–9-month rolling digital strategies informed by insights, trends, and past performance to deliver customer and financials objectives.
  • Build Business Models & KPI Frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive forecasts in partnership with Finance and Analytics to ensure alignment with enterprise targets and to inform seasonal strategy.
  • Communicate Strategic Frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Site Merchants, Cross-Divisional Site teams, Search/SEO, and Product to socialize and communicate overarching seasonal strategies and foundational business models.
  • Coach & Influence Teams and mentor junior team members on strategic thinking, analytics, and planning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in digital planning, retail planning, digital finance, eCommerce strategy, or a highly analytical retail/digital field.
  • Proven experience building business cases, complex traffic/demand forecasts, and commercial performance models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, actively adjusting forecasts and seasonal approaches weekly in response to sales trends.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex models and strategies to executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, with a track record of driving alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Finance, SEO, Product).
  • Works autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating high ownership of strategic outcomes, with experience coaching/developing junior team members.
