About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own financial reporting and analysis for the Catalyst Brands fulfillment network
Lead a team of three Sr. Financial Analysts
Serve as primary point of contact for DC financial reporting, analyses, budgets, and forecasts
Partner with DC leaders to explain variances, identify risks, and highlight improvement opportunities
Establish comprehensive financial and performance metric reporting
Conduct periodic KPI and financial performance reviews with local, regional, and global Supply Chain leadership teams
Manage general ledger balances related to DCs
Support the month end financial close process
Develop, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate existing reporting processes
Support and lead special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain management required
SQL experience preferred; willingness to learn required
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, models, automation techniques)
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
Experience ensuring data accuracy and building clean, scalable reporting processes
Strong analytical capability, with experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics
