About the role
- Extract actionable insights from diverse data sources to fuel digital growth
- Utilize Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to create reports
- Analyze web analytics to identify trends and optimize digital merchandising strategies
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests translating results into actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track performance and inform decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, and Media teams to define measurement plans
- Generate insights from digital data and proactively communicate opportunities or issues
Requirements
- Stellar SQL and MS Excel skills
- 2+ years digital analytics experience
- Adobe Analytics experience preferred
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making
- Understanding of Digital and Ecommerce terminology
- Knowledge of statistical testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in analytical/quantitative field - e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, finance, engineering, etc
