Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
  • Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
  • Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Valid U.S. visa (required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
