About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a partner to the Store Manager and store managers
Listen to and support employees
Support the daily implementation of the national HR policy
Implement HR development activities: recruitment, onboarding, skills development and career management
Design, implement and monitor the store’s training plan
Support managers in HR management and in developing their managerial skills
Participate in the implementation of change management projects
Ensure compliance with employment law and social regulations
Promote a climate of open communication, exchange and collaboration
Contribute to promoting Castorama’s employer brand within the store’s catchment area and on professional social networks
Balance employee administration duties with HR development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources (Bac+4/5)
Previous significant experience in HR
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain perspective and analyze situations objectively
Autonomy
Rigour
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable with HR tools and new digital HR practices
Ability to support managers in personnel management
Ability to ensure compliance with employment law and social regulations
