About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively contribute to improving the store's economic and commercial performance as a member of the Management Committee
Lead and analyze management indicators: margin, operating result, shrinkage rate and inventory turnover
Optimize the store's profitability using effective management tools, notably forecast budgets and reporting
Ensure compliance with administrative and management procedures, the security of cash and logistical organization
Drive action plans resulting from national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction
Develop employee skills and performance by recruiting, training and recognizing talent

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management or Finance
Proven initial experience in a similar role
