About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze key management indicators: margin, operating profit, shrinkage rate, stock turnover, etc.
- Optimize store profitability by developing effective management tools: forecast budgets, reporting, etc.
- Ensure correct implementation of administrative and management procedures, cash security measures and logistical organization.
- Lead and drive action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction.
- Develop the skills and performance of each team member: recruit, train and promote talent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management or Finance
- Proven first experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to bring colleagues together around performance objectives
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive and able to propose improvements
