About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers with their projects by ensuring product orders are made available
- Recommend the services best suited to customers' needs
- Help grow the store's customer portfolio by following up on quotes
- Manage and organize installation services for our customers
- Ensure after-sales support (SAV) and propose suitable solutions to customers
- Manage the vehicle rental service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer service orientation
- Interest in sales and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
