About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for organizing the logistics area and ZRM
- Organizes the different stages of logistics (goods reception, delivery and shelving)
- Ensures smooth flow of goods in and out
- Handles and follows up on customer and supplier claims/disputes
- Secures and organizes pallet flow and storage areas
- Participates in recruitment, trains and manages team members
- Ensures compliance with procedures and safety rules
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service orientation
- Responsiveness and proactive attitude
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Forklift license/certification is preferred
