About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer satisfaction through a warm welcome and by advising customers on products suited to their needs
- Offer a range of services to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, keeping aisles clean, front-facing merchandise, etc.
- Help showcase the product range: displays, windows, etc., and energize the sales floor (promotional activities, special offers...)
Requirements
What you’ll need- A passion for retail and for working in a team
- A genuine interest in the products in your department
- Ideally, some prior experience in sales
