Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Business/Management (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good listening skills and ability to coach
- Ability to engage and unite team members
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive with the ability to propose improvements
