About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome and assist professional (PRO) customers in-store
- Recommend services tailored to the needs of professional customers
- Handle sales and quotations
- Provide after-sales support
- Actively participate in the loyalty program

Requirements

- Proven experience working with professional customers (B2B)
