About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures compliance and regular updates of in-store visual communication (price labels, signage, etc.)
- Improves accessibility of the product range for customers and informs them about purchasing options
- Supports sales teams in implementing promotional and commercial activities
- Guarantees in-store and external POS materials and displays (visual merchandising/staging: podiums, window displays, etc.)
- Coordinates the rollout of range changes in collaboration with Store Area Managers (equipment, visual communication, layout, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year postsecondary diploma (Bac+2) — e.g., display decorator/visual merchandiser or BTS in Retail Management
- Proven experience in a merchandising department or in a retail store is required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
