About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome and assist professional (PRO) customers directly in-store
- Recommend services tailored to professional customers' needs
- Handle sales and quotations
- Provide after-sales service
- Actively participate in the loyalty program
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to implementing action plans
- Support in-store initiatives and promote the PRO customer strategy

Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional (PRO) market
- Proven experience working with professional customers
- Strong interest in sales and retail
- Passion for serving customers and strong customer service orientation
- Rigor and organization
- Ability to work effectively in a team
