About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and offering advice on products suited to their needs
- Drive sales in your department

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in retail and working as part of a team
- Genuine interest in garden products
- Enjoys challenges and is target-driven
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some previous experience in sales
