Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good listening skills and a pedagogical approach; ability to coach
- Ability to build team cohesion and motivate colleagues
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
